HOME RULE.
MILITANT ORANGEMEN.
London, March 22. The Home Rule Bill will be read a first time on April nth. Drilling and route marches of Ulster Orangemen continue on a large scale.
On Sir Kdward Carsons’ (M.P.) advice, each of the Orangemen signed a declaration before a magistrate that the object of the marches was recreation—so as to keep within the law.
Detectives regularly attend the drills.
Messrs Redmond, O’Conner and Dillon, M’s.P., had a two hours’ conference with the Premier and the Home Rule Committee of Cabinet at Downing street.
Members of the Irish Nationalist Party, except the two absent in Australia, have contributed ,£SO oi their Parliamentary salary to the Nationalist Fund.
