ARE YOU DRIFTING?
A few weeks ago, the Prime Minister of England gave us a lecture upon letting things drift. "We musn't,” he said, “let ourselves drift into war.” When you come to think of it, we do drift into trouble more often than we plunge into it. We drift into war, drift into bad habits, drift into debt, and drift into sickness! For every man suddenly struck down by an accident, a thousand men drift into a chronic state of ill-health through neglecting disorders of their stomach or liver.
That is exactly what Mr Jack Barnes did! He just drifted into a state of chronic ill-health, and remained there for two years, because you can’t drift back ! Then, however, he took Mother Seigel’s Syrup, and that brought him back quickly and surely to real, good health. Writing us on April 2nd, igil, from so, MacDonald Street, Erskinville, N.S.W., Mr Barnes says “Six years ago my health, which up to then had been good, began to break up, through worry and overwork, and I was soon in a very bad way indeed. My liver became torpid and sluggish in its action, causing biliousness, backache, and great irregularity of the bowels. After a while, too, almost everything
I ate upset my stomach and Drought on severe bouts of indigestion. “I lost weight, strength and stamina, and little by little drifted into a state of extreme nervous debility. For two years I kept on going from bad to worse, although I must have tried over a dozen different medicines in the hope of getting better. “I quite lost heart, thinking that medicine was useless in my case, and really did not know what to do, when a friend in 1907 recommended Mother Seigel’s Syrup. “An allround improvement set in before I had emptied the first bottle of Mother Seigel’s Syrup, and I was very much better by the time the second bottle was used up. After that, all plain sailing into the ‘Haven of Health.’ I ate with ever-increasing appetite and enjoyment, and gained strength rapidly. “In all, 1 took eight bottles of Mother Seigel’s Syrup, and it made me a WELL MAN after two years of suffering and illness, and it cured me to stay cured, too, for I am thankful to say I still remain WELL.” If you have indigestion, or any form of stomach or liver trouble, take Mother Seigel's Syrup before you drift into chronic ill-health. The Syrup will enable you to get strength and nourishment from your lood, will restore your vitality, and give you good health. —Advt.
