HOME RULE.
London, March 3
The Hon. Winston Churchill, presided at the Eighty Club, and introducing Mr Redmond, Leader of the Irish Party, urged the maintenance of a strong navy and a reconciliation with Ireland. Mr Redmond declared that Ireland was now peacelul, because she was hopeful. If Home Rule was rejected, however, the country would speedily be thrown into a welter of coercion!.
