FOXTON HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY.

It should be hardly necessary for us to remind intending exhibitors at the local Horticultural Society’s Autumn Show that the date for the closing of entries is 10 p.m. of Monday, March nth, although late entries will be received up to 10 a.m. on Wednesday, the opening day, on payment of a double entry fee. We are asked to state that the double entry fee will be strictly enforced this year. The Society anticipate that the autumn show this year will be a record one from every point of view. It is hoped that the fruit, vegetables, home industries and cookery classes will bring forth larger entries than heretofore. Besides the ordinary prizes there will be p.oints prizes in each class.
