Ai the conclusion of the mass meeting of Flaxmill Employees this afternoon, the political situation was referred to.

The meeting was very enthusiastic and unanimously resolved to communicate with Mr Robertson requesting that he support the Government in the no-confidence amendment now before the House, Sir Joseph Ward’s retirement is the reason for releasing Mr Robertson from his platform pledge.
