IN pursuance of the Licensing Act, 1908, and its amendments, I, Jeremiah Hurley, Returning Officer for the Licensing District of Otaki, do hereby give notice that an election will be held for the return of five qualified persons to serve as members for the said district, and that the latest hour for receiving nominations of candidates will be noon, on the 2nd day of March, 1912, and that the poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several polling places of the said district on the 12th day of March, 1912. Every person desirous of becoming a candidate must be nominated by not less than two electors of the district delivered to the Returning Officer on or before noon on the 2nd day of March, 1912.
