WOOL SALES
GOOD PRICES AT INVERCARGILL-
Invercargili,, Jan. 26.
The first wool sale ot the season here to-day was largely attended. Prices compared well with those ruling in the Northern centres and were well maintained, and in many instances growers obtained more than they expected. Compared with last Dunedin sales, today’s sale was entirely satisfactory. England, America, France, Germany and New Zealand were represented by buyers.
