A PROTESTANT PROTEST.

The resolutions carried by the annual convention of the grand federal council of the Protestant Defence Association included a protest against the “netemere” decree and an expression of sympathy with the Unionists in Ireland in their endeavour to maintain civil and religious liberty by resisting Home Rule.
