Entries by telegraph must be confirmed at the earliest opportunity, and name of trainer and breeding given, also colours of rider. No horse will be allowed to start whose fees are unpaid. The stewards reserve the right to alter the date or time for receiving nominations and acceptances as they may deem fit. j Penalties.
