From 19th to 22nd January.— From Wanganui, Waiouru, Foxton, Wellington (both stations], Dannevirke, Grey town, Te Aro, and intermediate stations, to Te Aro, Greytown, Dannevirke, Wellington (both stations), Foxton, Waiouru, Wanganui, and intermediate stations, or vice versa. These tickets will be available for break of journey at any station at which the train is timed to stop after 25 miles from issuing station. On 22nd January. —With the exception of the Up and Down Auckland Express, the Up and Down New Plymouth Mail, the Up and Down Napier Mail, the 7 a.m. and 5 pm. Palmerston-Wellington and 4.15 Wellington-Palmerston North trams, which will run as usual, the ordinary timetable will be suspended. Other trains, stopping if required (unless otherwise specified) at all stations, will run as under : For Palmerston North.—Wellington dep 6.10 a.m., Foxton 9.7 a.m., 3.10, 5-45. 6.5 p.m. The 5.45 p.m. train from Foxton will not stop for passengers between Foxton and Palmerston North, except at racecourse. The 6.10 a.m. train from Wellington will not stop at Tawa Flat, Pukerua and Makerua. FOR FOXTON. —Palmerston N. dep 9.20, 10.18, 11 a.m., 8.5 p.m. The 10.18 a.m. train will not stop for passengers between Palmerston and Foxton, except at Eongburn and Racecourse. PROM RACECOURSE.—For Palmerston, Feilding and Wanganui at 6.20 p.m., and for Sanson at 5.55 p.m. in addition to the above trains, the 3.10 p.m. Foxton-Palmerston train will stop at Racecourse to set down or lake up passengers. Passengers for stations between Palmerston and Wanganui connect at Palmerston with train leaving there for Wanganui at 8.5 p.m. Monday, 22nd January. — FOR RACECOURSE—PaImerston dep 9.20 and 10.18 (ex Feilding) a.m., Himatangi 10.21, 10.40 a.m. (Sanson train). The 10.18 a.m. train from Palmerston will connect at Eongburn with the 6.10 a.m. special ex Wellington (Thorndon), and will not stop for passengers at Awapuni or at intermediate stations Longburn to Racecourse. FROM RACECOURSE—For Palmerston at 6 and 6.20 p.m., and for Sanson at 5.40 p.m. Passengers for stations between Palmerston and Wanganui connect at Palmerston with train leaving there for Wanganui at 8.5 p.m. The 6 p.m. train will not stop ior passengers after leaving racecourse.
