The local busiuess people will observe the statutory halt-holiday to-morrow, and will also close on Saturday next from 12 noon and re-open at 5 p.m. A half holiday will be observed ou Monday, 22nd iust., aud the statutory half-holi-day will not be observed next Wednesday.
