The High Commissioner cabled to us at noon yesterday as follows: —Hemp market remains firm ; has been favourably affected by Mexican Government sisal agreement. New Zealand good fair spot, ; fair, Forward same price. Manila spot, £22 ; forward, Manila output, 27,000 bales.
