Entries by telegraph must be contirmed at the earliest opportunity, and name of trainer and breeding given, also colours of rider. No horse will oe allowed to start whose lees are unpaid. The stewards reserve the right to alter the date or time lor receiving nominations and acceptances as they may deem lit. Penalties.
