GARDENER, Secretary. PUBLIC NOTICE. IN wishing our numerous customers a Happy and Prosperous New Year we wish to let them know that we have now placed our plant and appliances in such a condition that they are second to none on the coast; our sheds and milk room as well as cow yard are concreted and kept thoroughly washed down, and are always open to inspection. We have also installed a steam boiler which will carry xoolbs of steam for pumping water for hosing and for steaming all utensils. Having had years of experience in the line, we recognise the absolute necessity of cleanliness, which is quite impossible under usual conditions, and we are in a position to guarantee the test as well as purity of the milk. To parents with young children this is a very serious matter, and it cannot be denied that we are able to supply milk in condition that is impossible with less complete appliances. Our premises and herd have passed Government inspection. All milk is cooled before delivery, sheds washed twice daily, cows teats washed before milking and carts enclosed to prevent dirt getting in during delivery. Our farm is 150 acres in extent and we are now in a position to supply milk and cream winter and summer which we guarantee pure and dean. Price of milk, 3d per quart.'
