STOCK REPORT
The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., j Palmerston N., report ; —At our j fortnightly sale at Himatangi on j Monday we again had a good | yarding of cuttle and a small entry lof sheep. A good sale resulted, and very little was turned out unsold. We quote : —Sheep : F'at ewes (shorn) ns 6d, woolly ewe hoggets (good) 16s yd. Cattle: Yearlings (small) 30s to £2 10s, yearling steers £2 6s to 14s 6d, yearling Jersey cross heifers, 2s 6d, i*S-mouths heifers £4 3s, 2-year heifers ,£4, 18-months steers £2, 14s fid, springing heifers £2 ss, heifers iu milk £4 17s fid to £2, store cows £2 17s to £2 ns, forward cows £4 to £4 7s, fat aud forward cows £4 16s fid to 2S, fat cows ,£5 5s to £6, cows and calves £4 17s to £5 7s, bulls £2 7s fid to £4 7s 6d.
