ENTERTAINMENTS.

PICTURE SHOW

To-morrow night the Council will again present their beautiful animated picture entertainment to the public of Foxtou and surrounding district. These interesting and instructive evenings have already won a reputation for themselves. Comfortably seated one can view the beautiful countries or the world brought before their eyes as clearly and vividly as if they were actually in the places portrayed. To-morrow night the programme will be quite up to the previous standard. Amongst others will be a great drama, “The Republican Marriage,” a beautiful film of the quaint and interesting customs of the Hindus. Also a splendid view of the famous “Gorges of Rummel.” And the funny films are funnier than ever. “Happy jack as a Hero” will appeal to all, and “Love, Luck and Gasoline,” well, it must be seen to be appreciated, and so must “A Jar of Canberry Sauce.” There is also a stirring drama entitled “Little Souls,” and a fine educational film of “Italian Hydroplanes.” We can guarantee that no one will leave the hall disappointed, so come and enjoy yourselves and bring all your friends and relations.
