No-Licensc and Charitable Aid. At the monthly meeting of the Charitable Aid Board in Invercargill, on December nth, 1910, there was no applications for aid. In 1908 the Chairman said that, if all Southland followed Invercargill’s example and adopted No-License, the demand for charitable aid would be reduced at least 75 per cent.
