AN OVERDUE VESSEL.

Forty-one days’ sailing across the Tasman Sea had not brought the barqueutiue Mary Isabel on a voyage from Whaugape to Sydney, to her destination, and some anxiety is lelt as to the vessel’s safety. Several vessels left the Dominion alter the Mary Isabel, and have since arrived at their destination. Wreckage floating past in the track ot vessels near the Australian coast, has lent weight to the anxiety which is felt for her safety. She sailed trom Whaugape on September Sth, with a full cargo of sawn timber consigned to Messrs R. S. Lamb and Co., Sydney.
