HOME RULE.

It is reported in Dublin that the Home Rule Bill provides a gift of ten millions to start a new parliament, and that the Government’s chief difficulty relates to the attendance of Irish members at Westminster.
Hon. A. Lyttelton, at a Unionist demonstration at Selkirk, discussing Home Rule, said so long as they had the opportunity of full and fair debate they should rely on argument and not resort to menaces of force.
