By advertisement elsewhere in this issue, a meeting of householders at the Beach is convened for October sth, to be held in the Council Chamber, Palmerston. Some have been made to fit very stout figures, and are all the very newest productions. They were spedallyjnade to the order of Mr and Miss Collinson when in London. All the newest and nicest garments to be procured are to be sold at Collinson and Cunninghame’s now well-known low prices, at I, 3* 5 7> Broad street, Palmerston N. The attention of investors and the general public is directed to Mr J. R. Stansell’s sale of property at Shannon on Wednesday, October 4th, when he will oiler a valuable dairy farm, houses, shop and building sites in the town of Shannon. Houses are at a premium in Shannon just now, and it is the only town in New Zealand where there are no empty houses, t his is a real good chance to secure a bargain. Liberal terms are offered. Only honest politics count —and they don’t unless used for human service. Vote for Byron Brown/ Try Perreau for Bermaline Bread. It’s delicious *-
