STOCK REPORT.
The New Zealand Loan aud Mercantile Agency Company, Etd., Palmerston North, report: — At Himataugi, on Monday, we had a good entry of cattle, but only two pens of sheep came forward. Bidding was not quite so brisk as at late sales, but a good clearance was affected. We quote :
Sheep.—Wether hoggets, ■ 10s 6d.
Cattle. —Weauers (small), 24s 6d to 30s; yearling heifers, £2 ; yearling steers, £2 to £2 xxs; xS-mouths heifers, £2 17s 6d to £3 5s ; iS-months steers, £$ 6s ; store cows, ,£3 to £3 14s; fat cows aud heifers, £6 15s ; springing heifers, £5 2s 6d; fat cows, £6 15s ; forward bullocks, £6 6s ; bulls, £0 5 s t 0 £0 I S S -
