HOTEL VALUATIONS INCREASE UNDER NO-LICENSE,
Mr C. W. Brown has been looking into the value of hotel property in Invercargill. He took _ the 1904 figures from the Municipal rate book which is open for inspection by all ratepayers. The figures for the present valuation have been taken from the valuation roll which was recently open tor inspection .
