ESPIONAGE.
Berlin, August g. A young London solicitor was arrested at Bremen on a charge of espionage on the North Sea coast. The name of the English Yeomanry officer arrested for espionage has been withheld. He left England ten days ago, and was arrested while photographing the Weser fort.
