MOUTOA DRAINAGE BOARD. IVTOTICE is hereby given that JL* this Board intends, at a spacial meeting to be held on Monday, the ?th day of August, 1911, to 1 make and lew under the provisions j of “The Land Drainage Act, 1908,” “ The Rating Act, 1908,” “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908,” and any Amendments thereto, a General rate of seven-eighths of a penny in the £, capital value, upon the rateable value of all rateable properties appearing in the Valuation Roll of the Moutoa Drainage District, and 1 to authorise the collection ot the special rate of seven-sixteenths ot a penny in the £, capital value, (made and levied on the 27th August, 1908) on the rateable value ot all properties in the Moutoa Drainage District, Special Rating District, such rates to be for the period commencing Ist day of April, igil, and ending 31st March, 1912, and to be due and payable in one sum at the office ot the Board on the 22nd day of August, 1911.
