MOUTOA DRAINAGE BOARD. NOTICE is hereby given that this Board intends, at a special meeting to be held on Monday, the yth day of August, 1911, to make and levy under the provisions of “The Land Drainage Act, 1908,” “ The Rating Act, 1908,” “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908,” and any Amendments thereto, a General rate of seven-eighths of a penny in the £, capital value, upon the rateable value of all rateable properties appearing in the Valuation Roll of the Moutoa Drainage District, and to authorise the collection of the special rate of seven-sixteenths of a penny in the £, capital value, (made and levied on the 27th August, 1908) on the rateable value of all properties in the Moutoa Drainage District, Special Rating District, such rates to be for the period commencing Ist day of April, 1911, and ending 31st March, 1912, and to be due and payable in one sum at the office of the Board on the 22nd day of August, 1911.
