RECIPROCITY

Washington, July 23. President Taft, in a message to Congress expressing delight at the passage of the Reciprocity Bill, says it indicates an increase of mutual benefit in relations between Canada and the United States. Congress is expected to adjourn about the middle of August. It is stated in railroad circles at St, Paul’s that numerous lines have already been built on to the frontier, and will cross into Canada when reciprocity is affected.
