THE FOXTON AMATEURS.
The local Amateur Dramatic Society has decided to stage the farcical comedy, “ The Arabian Knights,” on the first available night in the new Coronation Hall. The “Arabian Nights,” is by Sydney Grundy, and is a three-act farcical comedy founded on the German of Von Moser. It is to be put into rehearsal immediately. The following is Cue cast of characters :—Arthur Hummingtop, Mr F, D. Whibley: Ralph Ormerod, Mr A. McCall; Joshua Gillibrand, Mr Stevens ; Dobson, Mr J. Colder ; Mrs Hummiugtop, Miss Stacpoole; Mrs Gillibrand, Miss Cook ; Rosa Colombier, Mrs A. H. Boyes; Daisy Maitland, Miss Hennessy ; Barbara, Miss F. Cook. The above will be preceded by a screamingly funny farce, in which Messrs A. H. Boyes, K. H. Furrie and J. Colder will take part.
