DRUIDS’ LODGE.
The half-yearly summoned meeting of the local Druids’ Lodge was held in the Good Templar Hall last night. There was a very satisfactory attendance of members. The election of officers for the ensuing six mouths took place and the newly-elected officers were duly installed into their respective offices by the District President, Bro. Gilmour, of the Horowhenua Lodge. The elections resulted as follows:—A.D., Bro. E. Fuller ; V.A., Bro. R. G. Millar; Secretary, Bro. P. T. Robinson ; Treasurer, Bro. R. M. Parkes ; LG., Bro. H. Huntley; 0.G., Bro. W. Currie; A.D.8., Bros. C. W. Linley and A. Walbutton ; V.A.8., Bros. E. Page and E. G. Martin ; Trustee, Bro. E. Healey ; Auditor, Bro. Dr. Adams ; Minute Secretary, Bro. F. Woods..
At the conclusion of the business a social was held, songs being contributed by members, and a very enjoyable time was spent. The proceedings were brought to a close by the singing of Auld Lang Syne.
