MANAWATU COUNTY COUNCIL. SPECIAL ORDERS, NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Manawatu County Council, held at Sanson on the 2nd May, 1911, Special Orders as follows were adopted;— I. Authorising the raising of a loan of £1250 under the provisions of " The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908” and “The New Zealand State Guaranteed Advances Act, 1909,” to provide the Manawatu County Council’s share of the cost of construction of Beach road, Foxton. Term of loan : 36 l A years, at 3% per centum per annum. 2. To make a separate rate of one farthing in the £ over the Whirokino Sub-division of the Awahou Riding for the current financial year ending 31st March, 1912. Such rate to become due and payable in one sum at the County Offices, Sanson, on Ist July, 1911. Copies in full of the foregoing Special Orders are deposited at the County Offices, Sanson, for public inspection during office hours.
