Mr Justice Edwards gave reserved judgment this morning in the appeal case John Hayes against the decision of Mr Kerr, S.M., of Wanganui, that a game of “ houpla,” played with a glass table and rings, was a game of chance. His Honour upheld the judgment, with costs (,£lO 15s),
