If re-elected as a Councillor I will always do my best for the advancement of the Borough. In soliciting your support as a Harbour Board candidate I would point out that the progress of the port means a great deal to Foxton and it is essential that Foxton’s representatives should be thoroughly conversant with the affairs of the Borough. Having served two years on the local Borough Council I have a thorough knowledge of its affairs and should therefore be well fitted to represent the electors. Again I have large interests in the town and would naturally do all in my power to push it ahead in any way possible,. Yours Faithfully, THOMAS RIMMER. MUNICIPAL ELECTION.
