RIFLE SHOOTING.
The sixth competition for the Perreau Cup and Lumsden Trophy was fired on the local range last week. The shoot was won by S. J. Hartley with a score of ioi, C. Rand 96 being second, and K. Furrie 95 third. The second secured by Rand brings his pninls up to nine and he thus wins the cup. Dr. Adams with eight points is the winner of the Dumsden trophy. Owing to an oversight the full scores, which are as follows, were omitted from Tuesday s issue:— r* s\/\
