SENTENCED TO DEATH.
Sydney, March 24. The jury found Senkovitch guilty of the murder of Fismond, but made a strong recommendation to mercy on the ground that the murder was not premeditated. The Judge sentenced the prisoner to death. Brisbane, March 24. John Farrington aud Peter Tynan have been sentenced to death for the murder ot William Tynan.
