THE SECRET OUT.

The secret of the success of Mother Seigel’s Syrup can only be explained by its unrivalled merit. America’s greatest president, Lincoln, said ; “ You can fool some of the people all the time and all the people some of the time, but you can’t fool all the people all the time.” How very true. If Mother Seigel’s Syrup had been anything less than an unfailing friend, if it had been anything short of a complete cure for stomach and liver troubles, if it had been anything but what it is—a safe and certain family remedy-—it would not have enjoyed the unshaken confidence of the people of sixteen countries for over forty years. Here is a lady who is but one person among the thousands upon thousands of people whose confidence in Mother Seigel’s Syrup has been more than justified. Writing on April 27th, 1910, Mrs Mary Burns, of 171, Berkley Street, Carlton, Victoria, said : —“ It is now about five years since I became aware that there was something wrong with my health. I had pains in the back and chest, and, at intervals of two or three days, I also had headaches, dull pains in the eyes, ond that “ all-gone ” feeling, with a sense of oppression on the chest. I felt hungry, and at the same time could not eat my meals when they were dished up. I seemed always to want something, but did not know what. I could not attend properly to my household work, as I had no energy.

“ I vomited frequently after eating, lost weight and strength, and the pains and other discomforts I was subject to gradually increased. As I had a large household to attend to, this was a serious matter for all at home. During my illness I had taken various medicines which were suggested to me by friends, but, of course, I would not have kept on getting worse if any of them had done me any good. Finally, I was recommended, two and a-half years ago, to try Mother Seigel’s Syrup. I got a bottle and began to find relief and benefit from it, after half-a-dozen doses. As I continued to use the Syrup all the worst symptoms of my illness gradually lost their grip upon me, and 1 began to feel quite strong again, and equal to doing my domestic duties. “ Three or four bottles of Mother Seigel’s Syrup effected a complete and permanent cure, and restored me to perfect health.” Mrs Burns suffered because she could not digest her food, and you, too, will suffer unless your digestive organs are in thorough working order, even plain wholesome food, instead of nourishing you, actually poisons you and clogs your system. This is the cause of pains after eating; a furred tongue, that “ allgone ” feeling; headaches, bilious attacks, constipation, sleeplessness, rheumatic troubles, low spirits and many other every-day ailments ; and the only cure for all such troubles is to restore your stomach, liver and bowels to healthy condition. To do this you should take Mother Seigel’s Syrup. This root and herb extract restores your stomach to workingorder, makes food nourish you, clears your system of the poisonous products of indigestion, and thus keeps you in sound bodily health and in cheerful spirits. If von want health and the happiness that health can give you, take the Syrup daily, after meals, and that health and happiness will soon be yours.
