NOTES. The latest additions to the ranks of the hurdlers are Astraea and Martou, whose names appear among the entrants tor the jumping races at Danuevirke. The New Zealand mare Celerity, who won the Oakleigh Plate last year, is engaged in the same event next Saturday, in which she will carry Bst. 13lbs. Mr W. IC. Bid will, the Wairarapa sportsman, has engaged Oration (full brother to Gravitation, Tribulation and Provocation) in the two-year-old races at the Danuevirke meeting.
