JONES v. COLEY AND BOCK.

DECISION RESERVED. At the Palmerston sittings of the Supreme Court this morning, before the Chief Justice, the case of G. T. Jones v. Coley and Eock, tlaxmillers, came on for hearing. Plaintiff claimed /250 for breach of contract in connection with a paddocking contract. Mr 11. G. Moore appeared for plaintiff and Mr H. Cooper and R. Moore for defendants.

Evidence was given for plaintiff by G. T. Jones, Ed. Dawson, P. T. Robinson, and Albert W. Hudson, and lor defendants by \V. Knewstub, Waller Eock and Harry Rout. The judge reserved his decision till to-morrow morning-
