HEMP MARKET. The High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows : The hemp market is flat. There is scarcely any demand ; prospects unfavourable. New Zealand good fair spot per ton /jiy 10s ; fair grade, fair current Manila, good fair, 10s; fair, £l9 ss; fair current Manila, £l9. Output from Manila for week, 28,000 bales.
