WEIGHTS for the Second Day’s races will be declared on Saturday, January 2lst, at about 8 p.m. ACCEPTANCES close same evening at 9-3° o’clock. Entries by telegraph must be confirmed at earliest opportunity, and name of trainer given, also colours of rider. No horse will be allowed to start whose fees are unpaid. Flat Races: The winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of tolbs, and of any additional race a further penalty of 7lbs.
