ON 2ND JANUARY— With the exception of the Wel-lington-Auckland Up and Down Ordinary Express trains, the Up Wellington-Auckland Extra Express train, the Up and Down WellingtonNew Plymouth and WellingtonNapier Mail trains, the Up and Down Wellington-Wanganui Relief Mail trains, the 7.0 a.m. PalmerstonWellington and 4.15 p.m. Welling-ton-Palmerston trains, which will run as usual, the ordinary timetable will be suspended. Special trains will run as under: — FOR PALMERSTON NORTH -Foxton dep. 9.0 a.m., 5.10 p.m. FOR FOXTON—Palmerston N. dep. 8.40 a.m., 8.5 p.m. For restrictions to Mail and Express trains sec handbills.
