CRICKET.
The South Africians in their match against the Combined Universities lost seven seven wickets for 487 and declared their innings closed. Llewellyn 148 not out, Snooke 67, and Schwarz 37 not out were the principal scorers. The Universities scored 28S in their first innings, and lost 8 wickets for 156 in their second. Fisher 34 and Dolling 48 were the chief scorers. The match was drawn.
