Flat Races: The winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of lolbs, and of any additional race a further penalty of 7lbs. Horses handicapped at Bst lolb, or over, to carry hair the above penalties. The winner of any hurdle race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of lolbs in the hurdle race, and ot any additional race a further penalty of /lbs, or if the handicapper deems tit he may increase the penalties.
