All that Flax Mill Plant situate at Whirokino Bridge, near Foxton, lately in the occupation of Messrs Wilson and Hawkins, consisting chiefly of one 16 horse-power engine • and 30 horse-power boiler, fibre press, tow press, scutcher, stripper, centrifugal pump, Californian pump, 2 Douglas force pumps, 3 Avery weighing machines, blacksmith’s tools, 2 fourhundred gallon tanks, together with ail buildings (which are removable) belonging to the said Mill, and all other chattels comprised in the security.
