SALE OF FLAX MILL PLANT. Abraham & williams, Ltd., have been instructed by the Mortgagees to sell by Public auction at their Rooms, Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North, on Saturday, 10th December, 1910, at I p.m.— All that Flax Mill Plant situate at Whirokino Bridge, near Foxton, lately in the occupation of Messrs Wilson and Hawkins, consisting chiefly of one 16 horse-power engine and 30 horse-power boiler, fibre press, tow press, scutcher, stripper, centrifugal pump, Californian pump, 2 Douglas force pumps, 3 Avery weighing machines, blacksmith’s tools, 2 fourhundred gallon tanks, together with all buildings (which are removable) belonging to the said Mill, and all other chattels comprised in the security. Also one dray, two horses, and one set of both leading and shaft harness.
