THE COUNCIL has fixed the price of Gas for Lighting at 12s 6d per toooft., and for Cooking and Heating at 10s per tooft., and these prices will be reduced to 10s and 7s fid respectively if paid at the Town Clerk’s Office during office hours on or before the ioth DAY of each month, but absolutely NO REDUCTION will be allowed on any account whatever AFTER THAT DATE, except when the 10th falls on a Sunday, or a holiday, in which case payment, may be made on the nth of the month.
