BULLFINCH GOLD RUSH.
CREATING GREAT EXCITEMENT. Perth, Oct. 26. An offer of half a million cash for a twelve hours’ option over Bullfinch was made on account of a Victorian syndicate. It was declined. Another rich find is reported at Binduli, five miles from Kalgoorlie. Details are meagre, but a rush has started. Dirt from a winze of bottom level at Bullfinch essays up to four hundred ounces of gold to the ton. The country is pegged out from Bullfinch to beyond Southern Cross, over thirty miles. Values of properties outside Bullfinch are still purely speculative. Only light prospecting work is being done. The Minister of Mines and other authorities warn the public against wild speculation until the field has been properly tried. STOCK EXCHANGE WILDLY EXCITED. Sydney, Oct. 25, The Stock Exchange is wildly excited over the Bullfinch find. Shares were alloted at ss, and quickly rose to 10s. Later on speculators cooled off, aud the price dropped to 7s. Is is many years since there has been such excitement. A uew company was formed this morning to work the block adjoining Bullfinch,
