Bkrun, Sept. 27. The Vossische Zeitung states that the papers found among the effects of Brandon and Trench—the two Englishmen arrested at Borkum on charges of espionage—included exact plans of the North Sea and Kiel Canal fortifications, including the position of buoys supposed to he known only to pilots, and strategic calculations. The Taegliche Rundscheu states that the prisoners admit that they are officers.
