ALLEGED ENGLISH SPIE S IN GERMANY. Berlin, September 25. The “Lokal Anzeiger,” at Cologne, states that great excitement prevails at Emdeu owing to a report that soundings of the Kiel Canal aud the North Sea coast waters were found amongst the spy Trench’s (arrested recently, with Brandon, another Englishman'! papers. These, it is alleged, were procurable only with German officials assistance.
