Christchurch, Sept. 18. This afternoon at 4.30 o’clock, a man was found on the sidewalk on the North Belt with his throat cut. He w’as taken to the hospital, and is now iu a critical condition, Nobody seems to have seen the affair, which is most mysterious. No further particulars are available.
