And that for the purpose of providing the interest and sinking fund on a loan of £ll,ooo at 5 per cent, per annum, the Council propose to strike a special rate of 2 !5-l6ths of a penny in the £ on the unimproved value of all the rateable property in the borough of Foxton; and that the first year’s interest and cost of raising the loan to be paid out o f loan.
