CLEARING SALE AT HIMATANGI.

On Monday next, July 25, Messrs Dalgety and Company, Ltd., in conjunction with the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., will sell at the Himatangi Sale Yards on account of Messrs Lowe Bros., who have sold their farm, the whole of their first-class dairy herd, horses, implements, harness and sundries. The dairy herd is looked upon as one of the best in the district, having been heavily culled, and most of the cows will be calving duridg July and August. In all 116 head of cattle will be submitted under the hammer, including a purebred Holstein bull, that has never been beaten in a show ring.
